Marzs Rating: 0 out of 10.   MANDURAH      Secret Harbour to The Cut WIND:  Light S/SE. WAVES:  Ankle to knee high waves on the beach breaks. MARZ'S COMMENTS:  You could call them waves, well nearly, but like Peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerth, not a lot of guts, size or shape in the swell. Support your local shaper, support your local surf shop. WAVES:  One to two footers the norm with the odd one nudging the three foot mark on a stanley tape measure.
